Tucked away a short distance from the Havelock North shopping Village, Arohanui Holiday Accommodation sits behind the quaint Arohanui chapel and forms part of the Arohanui Christian village..

Arohanui is your local family church and has been offering holiday accommodation for over 20 years. Originally there were rooms within the church as well, currently, now just the two units exist and both are completely self-contained with open planned living and separate bathroom.

We offer families quiet affordable accommodation with an on-site manager available most of the time.

Arohanui Holiday Accommodation is the ideal place to stay when visiting family or friends in the local rest home, hospital, boarding school, or if you just want a quiet get-away.

A Brief History

The Arohanui Christian village was established in the late 1970’s with several housing units built new and the chapel building trucked into position from Waipukurau on May 3rd, 1979. The same historical church building is still used today with a strong community congregation attending Sunday services every week.
